How does NATTYBOX 10% Gift Card Vouchers works?
Simply, select at least 3 of your favorite items with a minimum cart value of €65 from our extensive collection. You will receive a Gift card voucher within 24 hours after your purchase. The value of your Gift card will be 10% of your cart value, which you can use next time you shop with us.
Alternatively, you can choose from our Ready-Made boxes, thoughtfully curated for every occasion, in the 'Gift Ideas' tab. In order to receive 10% off you need to enter discount code: NATTY10% at checkout. This discount code applies only to our Ready-Made boxes.

To enjoy the 10% Gift card voucher and receive a NATTYBOX, please ensure you meet the criteria, which are minimum cart value of €65 and minimum any 3 items (excluding items already on offer).

We offer free shipping on all orders over €45 and for all our NATTYBOXES! For orders below €45, a small shipping fee of €3 applies.
We ship the same day (except Sundays and public holidays) to major cities including Nicosia, Limassol, Pafos, Larnaca, and Paralimni-all within city limits. Our goal is to ship your order on the same day, ensuring you receive it within a maximum of 3 days.
At Nattybox, we’re committed to providing an easy and enjoyable shopping experience. That’s why we’ve partnered with Boxnow, offering 100+ lockers across Cyprus! You can collect your package whenever and wherever suits your schedule, with no need to wait in long queues, present ID, or worry about missed deliveries. Customers are unable to combine offers. The 10% Gift card vouchers offer only applies to items at original price. However if combined value of original price items in your cart reaches €65 and there is at least 3 of them then you will qualify for this offer.

As much as we’d love to see your NATTYBOX bursting with treasures, the dimensions of our NATTYBOXES are 28 cm (Width) x 21 cm (Length) x 9 cm (Height). When you choose to place your order in a NATTYBOX, we’ll do our best to fit all your items into one box while maintaining a beautiful presentation. If this isn’t possible, the remaining items will be shipped in a courier bag, still with care and attention.

We’re sorry that we didn’t meet your expectations this time. Please email us here as soon as possible with the subject "Cancel Order" & include your order number. Keep in mind that we ship the same day, and once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, you can still return your parcel by following our return policy. If you provided the wrong shipping address, please email us with your order number and the correct address with subject Wrong Shipping Address. If your package hasn't been shipped yet, we'll update the address. Keep in mind, we are not responsible for any packages lost in transit due to incorrect address information and that we always ship the same day.
