Shipping Policy:

We offer free shipping on all orders over €40 and for all of our Ready-made Nattyboxes! For orders below €40, a small shipping fee of €2.50 applies.

We are delighted to offer same day delivery to Limassol residents when ordered before 15:00. The method for this delivery will be done through third-party couriers. 

We ship the same day via Boxnow (except Sundays and public holidays) to major cities including Nicosia, Limassol, Pafos, Larnaca, and Paralimni - all within city limits. We aim to deliver your parcel within a maximum of 2 business working days.

At Nattybox, we’re committed to providing an easy and enjoyable shopping experience. That’s why we’ve partnered with Boxnow, offering 100+ lockers across Cyprus! You can collect your package whenever and wherever suits your schedule, with no need to wait in long queues, present ID, or worry about missed deliveries. Boxnow lockers are accessible 24/7, all year round, so you can rest assured your package will be delivered a maximum of 2 business working days. Once you enter your full shipping address, your nearest Boxnow location will be automatically selected. You will also have the option to manually select your desired Boxnow locker at checkout. 

You’ll receive notifications every step of the way, including a PIN to access your Boxnow locker once your parcel has arrived. Simply enter your PIN to unlock the locker, retrieve your package, and don’t forget to close the door behind you. Then, get ready to enjoy your carefully crafted, bespoke Nattybox!

You’ll have 48 hours to collect your parcel, with helpful reminders sent before the time runs out.

Please pay extra attention when entering your shipping details. This includes correct phone number, address and email. Our software can not change these details after you have made your order and your parcels will be shipped according to the shipping details you have provided. Nattybox doesn't bear any responsibilities for any lost parcels due to wrong shipping details, although we will try our best to resolve any issues you may encounter. 

The dimensions of our largest NATTYBOX are 28 cm (Width) x 21 cm (Length) x 9 cm (Height). When you choose to place your order in  a Nattybox, we’ll do our best to fit all your items into one box while maintaining a beautiful presentation. If this isn’t possible, the remaining items will be shipped in a courier bag, still with care and attention.
