We're sorry to hear you've decided to return your items. We strive to provide excellent customer service and will do everything we can to make the return process as smooth as possible. We regret that we didn’t meet your expectations this time. Please let us know if there’s anything we can do to assist you further.
We accept returns within 14 days of purchase.
Please send an email to Info@nattybox.com.cy, stating the reason for your return and including your order number.
We only accept returns on items that are sealed, unused, in their original packaging, unopened, undamaged, and unaltered. All tamper-resistant seals must be intact, and the items must be in resalable condition.
We cannot refund any seasonal, sale, or promotional items. Only items purchased at regular price can be refunded.
We do not accept partial returns of any contents in your NATTYBOX. The return must include all promotional materials or product samples. We advise that you do not open your NATTYBOX if you intend to return it.
Please include a copy of the original receipt in your return parcel and send it to the following address: 86, Kosti Palama, Mesa Geitonia, NATTYBOX Ltd. Lemesos, Cyprus. 4002.
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of nail polishes, mascaras, or lip balms.
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returned parcels. Once the return is processed, the refund amount will be credited to the debit/credit card used for the transaction. We will notify you at every stage of the refund process and keep you updated.
