For outdoor use:
Apply your sun protection 20 minutes before sun exposure
Reapply every two hours as a minimum. This frequency should be increased if swimming, sweating or towel drying.

When applying daily:
Apply all cleansers, toners and moisturisers.
Layer sun protection after your moisturiser.

Any cosmetics should be applied after sun protection.
