To fight stress and depression, add 6-8 drops of essential oil to warm water and relax in the bathtub for at least 10 minutes. To treat acne, add 15 drops of essential oil to 50ml of the carrier oil of your choice. To soothe sore throats and stimulate the immune system, put 6-10 drops of essential oil onto a tissue and take deep breaths.

Bergamot essential oil is extracted from the zest of the fruit of the Citrus bergamia tree via cold pressing.

Ingredients: 100% bergamot essential oil, citral, limonene, linalool
WITHOUT: preservatives, chemical additives, artificial pigments, fragrance, genetically modified organisms (GMO), mineral oil
