Always use the lowest estimated dose of essential oil.
Do not use undiluted.

To improve the mood and fight depression, add 6-10 drops of essential oil to the diffuser. Alternatively, add 6-8 drops of essential oil to warm water and relax in the bathtub for at least 10 minutes. Or, add 15 drops of essential oil to 50ml of the carrier oil of your choice and massage gently.

To relieve pain or arthritis symptoms and boost the immune system, add 6-8 drops of essential oil to warm water and relax in the bathtub for at least 10 minutes. Alternatively, add 15 drops of essential oil to 50ml of the carrier oil of your choice and apply topically.

To relieve the cold and ease respiration, add 6-10 drops of essential oil to the diffuser.

To treat dysmenorrhea, add 6-8 drops of essential oil to warm water and relax in the bathtub for at least 10 minutes. Alternatively, add 15 drops of essential oil to 50ml of the carrier oil of your choice and massage the abdominal area.

Cinnamon essential oil is extracted from the bark of the Cinnamomum zeylanicum tree via steam distillation.
